● Full 7-week PQ programme with access to short video modules & guided PQ practice via the PQ app. Usually retails at USD $995 but is offererd at no cost.
● A weekly live group session — the Reclaim Container guided by your Reclaim Coach to share insights, reset goals, work through challenges and hold each other accountable for showing up for yourself. The focus is on you not your child.
● Completion of the Positive Intelligence Saboteur Assessment - a short, research backed assessment that identifies your top saboteurs. Followed by one-time debrief & welcome orientation before Week 1
● Direct input into shaping the programme for future cohorts
